Who VetHost is designed to serve

The program is open to veterans facing homelessness or financial crisis who are ready to engage in a structured path toward stability.

Qualifying Criteria

Eligibility overview

Each participant works closely with case managers to develop a personalized plan. Active engagement is essential—VetHost is a community of accountability, recovery, and mutual respect.

Ask About Enrollment
  1. Veterans age 20 or older
  2. Currently homeless or at risk of homelessness
  3. Medically or honorably discharged, or other-than-honorable (OTH) status
  4. Experiencing financial crisis or housing instability
  5. Willing to maintain a clean and sober lifestyle
  6. Ready to engage in case management, community service, and recovery goals

Resident commitments

Residents are expected to maintain a clean and sober lifestyle, contribute through community service, and actively engage in their recovery journey. These standards protect the safety and progress of everyone in the Safe Haven community.
